When you learn that the 4th Amendment is actually non-existent because the "3rd party doctrine" in US law literally says 4th Amendment Rights don't apply to any data you share with a 3rd party (meaning, no reasonable suspicion of crime or warrant needed for the State to access it).
So, your emails, bank info, info you share with your ISP & Phone provider to sign up with their service, etc are all fair game. 🤣
So, as I said before, there's no difference between US, Canada & China in terms of unreasonable search & seizure.
