Actually pretty sad. He used to be my best friend, now he barely knows how to speak with me or anyone in public. Just the shell of a person he used to be.
Also my entire security deposit has to go to redoing his bathroom because he hasn't cleaned since moving in 17 months ago and now nothing works.
