I still very strongly believe that to make this possible people should take some time when posting stuff to add hashtags or categories for stuff.
Just an example but say that I have thalassophobia and someone I follow at some point posts some pictures of the ocean, I would want a way to filter that out.
I DO have a phobia, a very serious one (not telling which publicly) and I deadass get nightmares and very poor sleep when I see posts with pictures of the things.
I want a way to reliably filter that, but that would require people to put some effort and be selfless about it.
