YeOldeHodler [OLD ACCOUNT SEE PROFILE FOR NEW NPUB] on Nostr: #[0]
quoting nevent1q…jv09New release of #[2] just dropped. If you're a Linux user then I'd love your feedback.
Who is bija for and why use it vs a purely browser based client? There's a few extra steps to setting up Bija but once running it takes some of the heavy lifting away from the browser. It does this by processing data retrieved from relays in the background, on a local flask server, and then only sends the strictly necessary data for the current view to the browser. This should mean performance increase when loading new pages, etc..
Running the flask server also means it's possible to access it across your local network. I even access mine on my mobile when I'm out and about by accessing my home network over VPN!
Let me know if you run in to any issues, and have a great day! Nostrovia! 🍻 #[0]
