Builder's tea making apprenticeship? I assume you're not talking about the standard "builder's brew" which is just a strong cup of black tea, usually oversteeped, with extra milk and sugar to compensate for the lack of delicacy in the brewing process...
Glad to hear the house is being addressed. We had a flood last year, and then a tree fell on the house 6 months later. Every time it got to raining was a bit stressful for awhile. Still got a few big pines that need to be addressed; water table rising has rotted them all out. Too tall and densely populated area to just take a chainsaw to 'em unfortunately.
