Conservatives acknowledge that they're two parties & split.

Labour acknowledge that they're two parties & split.

Introduce PR so people can vote for the party that is the best fit for their views, rather than voting against what they hate in the other.

Resulting mix of politicians behave like grown-ups; discuss, negotiate, and make decisions based on that.
