They actually discussed sending military forces up the Dutch canals to Leiden under the cover of night, to break into a warehouse & steal COVID vaccines.
Of course, it suits Boris “Colonel Blimp” Johnson’s self-aggrandising fantasy narrative that he’d write this down, even if he claims that he was the one who put a stop to the idea.
