What a horrendous night. (not like a tragedy or something, just being dramatic)

Reinstalled Windows on my mom's computer because she's been having issues (she won't use Linux).

That took three hours, because Windows.

Then as I'm setting everything back up, I found out she threw her password book away, which means we couldn't get into LastPass. What a nightmare.

Learn from my pain: don't let your mom remember or write down her own passwords.
