Currently there is no approval. The video get's posted by the archive service (under it's npub) and it needs to be online to fulfill the recovery request.
We are currently experimenting with mirroring the videos between different novia instances, so other can fulfill the request as well.
For all of this to work properly we need to integrate payments for people to be incentivised to host videos.
