OMG, just found out why my UTM Fedora instance behaves so weirdly when I resume the host OS: every time a minute rolls over, something resets the clock back four seconds. It's Groundhog Day, or more like Groundhog Four Seconds

Update to the update: disabling NTP does not stop the time jumping. Time moves forward until the next 30 second mark and then starts cycling in 4 second loop. I want to cry
