working for anyone who is willing to pay you in sats is a great start. We need to normalize paying with fiat costing more.
If you want to pay me in dollars it's going to cost you X% more. It's not Bitcoin that is volatile. It's the fiat. Charging a premium to accept and hold that volital currency is just a decentralized exchange rate.
