I've been trying to add a greater variety of grains to my diet. Yesterday I made this beef barley soup recipe. It was delicious! I subsituted a sweet potato for the Yukon gold. I went light on the actual beef, a little heavy on the herbs, but forgot the Worcestershire sauce. Next time I'll remember that and add a couple Tbsp of red wine. #cooking #food #recipes
