Writing a biography of Woodrow Wilson and having all the photography in the book be (prob AI) retouched so that it is IN COLOR is certainly a choice.
Had to dig in the credits to even figure out wtf was going on here. The reviews don't seem to mention it. One notes "Many of the photographs are in color."
For the non-photography buffs, Wilson was president from 1913 – 1921. Color film wasn't commercially available in the US until the 1930s.
