Such hyperventilation about imperfect candidates for Pick Your Election.
I can not recall a single election I've been eligible to vote it where i would have enthusiastically cast mine for a prefect candidate. That person is never available, and if they were, someone would dig up dirt to show they're not perfect.
Every election is about picking the least-bad option and trying to ensure the worst doesn't come to pass. Sometimes it's good enough to aim for "let's vote again in a few years".
