I've experienced this with a couple projects. What's the point of having anything on GitHub if it isn't the place for project related things? It's confusing as a user. I've wasted time reporting things on GitHub only to find out that a dev just ignores everything there. Why have it at all? Isn't the point of the repo that it's a central location for dev related activity? What am I missing?
