The boomers lost their Chinese investments just like that once the state was like nope these are nationalized companies. Same with Canada, the capital outflowed after the trucker convoy with them seizing bank accounts. Where did it go? America. The freest capital markets still. Actions have repercussions . Capital goes where it is treated best too. So while the orange pillers are now hating on the US cuz it’s en vogue, where are these companies going to go? El Salvador? lol . Not a serious discussion.
