Well..just noticed it's Friday the 13th so happy 13th to those who observe..still pretty sore from the flu shot this morning but I will be getting on the bike in 20 minutes to get only two rides in today..need to make the chicken masala for lunch and that takes an hour and a half in prep and instant pot time..then I'm going to the beach again today..the little weather widget at the bottom of the screen says "record high" and it is going to be nearly 90 today..beach weather..good morning!
