I watching two legal experts who have been to law school and who know way more about this stuff than I do argue about if the president can just... cap a dude, you know as an "official act" and THEY CAN'T AGREE.
I don't like this very much. I really feel like no one should be confused about the answer to this question, and the confusion means the ruling from the Supreme Court is very bad. They did a bad job. They are supposed to make it clear!
