"So you're saying we should just accept poor people and teens being racist, misogynistic etc." No, what I'm saying is, the things you're doing to combat misogyny, queerphobia and whatnot, they're not working. Look around. The racism, the misogyny and all else, they're increasing. They're not increasing a little bit, either; have you looked at UK newspapers? US legislation? Voting intentions? They're winning.

What I am saying is, if you keep treating these social issues as individually punished failures of character, you will fail at the goal of eliminating them.
