If it was up to be it'd be #python. I really don't understand the need of brevity in a configuration language. Give me classes, give me explicit paths, give me a debugger.

I recently migrated most of my configs to Python and it's such a joy to use. Check out Xonsh and Qtile of two major desktop projects that use Python configs and then there's entire sysadmin world of fabric.
