Where are my bitter greens people? Just made arugula, mustard, Thai basil chimichurri and idk if it's amazing or if I'm just feral all the way down to my greens. It tastes like pure sunshine and earth, with a little olive oil and ground almonds to smooth it out. I ate some with a spatula and a biscuit. 🤣 I have some leftover marlin that maybe I'll try it on.
