I have been craving the baja style fish tacos I ate regularly in California… soooo…

I made:
- A garlic lime cilantro crema sauce (garlic cloves, mayo, greek yogurt, lime juice, cilantro). 🧄
- A corn salsa. (roasted corn, diced red onions, cilantro, lime & lemon juice). 🌽

To make later:
- blackened talapia filets 👩🏻‍🍳
- shred the red cabbage 🥬
- toast my fresh tortillas

I can’t wait! This is my happy place. 😃💜
