I have a web content/UX type question.
People at my company keep saying that they want to know who to contact about topic X.
I have a theory that they really just want to know the answer to a question, and because so little is documented, they have learned to track down SMEs instead.
Is there any research around self-service models?
I get that you can’t answer every question, but you can answer the basics
