"Five Shaolin Masters" aka "5 Masters of Death" (dir. Chang Cheh, 1974) tells the story of, erm, the Five Shaolin Masters who escape the destruction of the Shaolin Temple at the hands of the Manchu, who train their kung fu and wreak bloody vengeance in a really epic climactic fight scene
another really good film, with plenty of despicable bad guys, but there's something about the choreography in some of the films from the early 70s that doesn't look as good on screen as the later ones imo. Shaw really honed their craft throughout the decade, the fight are still great, but they lack some of the inventiveness from the later movies (eg. Gordon Liu's "Scaffolding Kung Fu" from Rtt36C) this film is more a straight-up brawler
