The path to hyper bitcoinisation will be wild for anyone using leverage and holding assets that have a monetary premium.
In my opinion properties and wages will go back to more normal level but there still will be a lot of value in real estate.
Holding reasonable loans to value property you shouldn’t get wrecked, but personally I’ll stay away and leave it for the professionals handyman.
