I’m desperate but just wonder how is the US in this mess. Democrats are tying themselves in knots wondering if they need to find a better candidate than Biden, but Biden is already a significantly better candidate than his opponent.

A sitting President with a decent track record versus a former President with an awful track record and now a convicted felon. I just don’t understand what their logic is or could be for determining how to find a “better” candidate.
