Minimal extra activity today, but am mindful to keep moving. Running an extra flight of stairs, 10 min of light cardio or weights if I’ve been sitting for too long.
I’m terrible at timing it all, but averaging 45-60 minutes of extra activity is where it’s at so far.

Do hard things, even when it’s hard.
