In the morning before breakfast go on a walk (4k~6k) in the mountains. Try eating a very small breakfast and lunch (only 100g of protein max) and no snacking throughout the day. Before dinner do a big workout targeting one group (pull-ups, push-ups, dips, abs or legs) with different variations, no weights, four exercises of 45secs of reps, high sets until failure, go another set or two beyond failure using easier variations and then eat a big dinner.
At the end of the day, when your head hits that pillow, you will instantly melt into the deepest of sleeps. おやすみなさい💤🌙⭐😴
