The West us makin g every effort- but not in the way u think. . I am from the US in case that matters. Ukraine is a hub of corruption for many mostly our govt . They launder money thru the country . Thats why we give, have given so much- billions given! To the “war”effort. Nobody ( people) see it. Its passed thru to the hands /countries and end up back in our politicians hands. Criminal.
