I went to see an apartment (1/2 scheduled today).
40m2 (2 rooms), freshly renovated, has a balcony, fiber (!!!).
The only downside is that it's a bit far from the office (25 minutes by bus which comes every 30 minutes, 15 minutes by bike).
Area is quiet and seems peaceful (nothing's destroyed, well-maintained buildings, friendly people, there's even a public book exchange shelf in front of bus stop).
I'm trying to not get my hopes up... but I'm so hyped right now
