"content": "It's fairly trivial to mirror your Mastodon activity to Twitter using services like IFTTT (free version), but that wouldn't reflect likes or replies back to Mastodon. It's pretty much a one way street. Of course, it could serve as an incentive to people who are following you to migrate to the Fediverse themselves.
