I have a sugar addiction, like clinical addiction. I have overcome nicotine addiction and binge drinking without temptation to go back, but I just can't stay away from sugar. It's taking a toll on my health and has hijacked my dopamine system. Anyone have any advice? #jiujitsu #health #maha
