Just made spare ribs for the first time.

I’d post a picture but my kids ate them all before I could take one.

Recipe: remove membrane, rub with salt and pepper, wrap in foil, bake at 275 for 2.5 hours. Brush with BBQ sauce, broil until caramelized on both sides.

I will be doing that again.
