I just happened to notice a recipe on FoodGeek that intrigued me earlier today. Just because it would have a softer crust 😂
I'll give this one a try in the next week or so. It may be something more like what you are looking for.
You can also get a softer crust by reducing bake time and/or cooking for a longer period covered.
