I know I'm not going to convince anyone who has decided not to vote, but democracy is the only system that on a national scale has managed to help the common good for the long term. And as bad as the Democrats are, they are at least dedicated to democracy.

If you are on the far left, like me, we have the right to talk about, advocate for, and work for our ideas. If the GOP takes over next year, all of that is in danger.

I think if everyone voted, we'd have a more left-wing govt than we do.
