The message I want to get through to people is this.

The whole world changes if you change.

I don’t mean this in some hippy dippy we are the world / do unto others /start with the man in the mirror / golden rule way.

I mean it literally. Your experience of the world will change if and when you change.

Don’t do it for others, do it for you.

It will lead to a better subjective experience of life for you.

A bigger life, a better life.

It starts with a different story in your head.

Replace the bullshit one you’re currently telling yourself with a better one and watch the world shift around you.

Repeat the new story often.

Replace and repeat.

That’s it.

It’s that simple.
