You know, I went through polling to find data. The only reliable polls I could find were Pews. They did a trans issues poll every year for 4 years, and the approval rate was under 50%, and only spiked among young liberals. It dropped consistently every year -- not by much, just a couple points, so they did something else. They did a poll among African Americans stating they were "out of step" because they largely disapproved.

I'm not sure that "it's mostly women" is true. I couldn't find any reliable data. There may be some, I don't know. It does seem to be mostly young women fresh from indoctrination that feminism means letting men pee next to you who support it, but that's only a fraction of the population.
