I saw a really good commentary from a human rights lawyer who said the charges against Netanyahu were a big deal and would actually get in the way of him performing the duties of a head of state.
I wish I could find it, but it ended with the guy being asked if the warrants could lead to his arrest abroad, and he said "they could and they should."
