(at the last staff meeting we were tasked with finding citations for supporting "keep it steady" or "turn it up/down." I feel like I may also need citations for "What is a normal temperature?" which can push my buttons a little because I grew up always too cold in a "[put on a sweater" household, and now I am an adult who keeps it too cold and tells my boyfriend to put on a sweater and I may need some perspective. 68 right?
