"wicked healthy": absolutely unreadable asshole tone - only look at the recipes which are pretty good. "artful vegan" real cuisine, a bit conservative maybe but really great, "a girl and her greens" very contemporary treacherously simple vegetables, "veganomicon" boring, catering to US taste, mostly conventional veganized (kind of like bish bash bosh but US). as I mostly look for interesting vegetables ottolenghi is still excellent
