I tried the gum and just end up eating the entire pack at once and then buying a pack of smokes.
I noticed I think cigarettes have the highest concentrate of nicotine (aside from vaping) and it's the hardest one for me to quit cold turkey.
I can moderate pouches or chew, but LOVE cigarettes.
It doesn't help I legitimately enjoy tobacco and love every variety of it. 😂
Pipe tobacco is my favorite
