It's nearly car tax season in #rva. I personally hate the idea of paying a car tax when the structure of this city still forces me to own a car. I would love a car tax if Richmond didn't require individually owned cars, because then it would essentially be a luxury tax.
Overall, this feels like wasted money which will just be spent on repaving the very road infrastructure that requires me to own a car.
