I am in daily contact with two different friends going through horrific things who need support.

It's a privilege.

It's exhausting.

I've been under-supported through many crises in my life & I want better for others.

I have some peer counseling training but I wish I had more.

I feel constantly called to grow into a better, stronger person in this era.

I'm tired.

In this world of serial trauma & inadequate mental health services, we all need to step up for each other.
