EscapeVelocity (nprofile…46kf) Mine turned out absolutely perfect. It was my first time cooking the prime rib roast too. The ends were a little more done for those family members who don't like it rare and the middle was rare, my personal favorite. My Grandsons demolished it. I have one tiny piece left and some bones.
