I'm now 27... and I see the life with other eyes, I can say that my age in this moment makes me think a lot of what I eat or what I think, I never thought it was possible but here I'm thinking in eat less sugar, less artificial flavor and make more my own food (yes, like bread).
Now I'm more positive and accept what the universe will bring me.
Stay healthy, drink water, eat more fruit and vegetables!
