BitcoinJujitsu (nprofile…luay) Accrescent is building an open source alternative to what the Play Store used to be: developer builds of apps signed by the developers and uploaded by them. That's good for the small number of apps available through it. For the majority of apps, you have to pick what you consider the least bad. Obtainium + App Verifier is one approach for getting apps directly from developers, but it's fragile and not easy for regular users.
