Now, this kind of thing has been said before about low-code tools, but... AI does seem to have upped the antre on helping people do dev work. I myself have used AI to help me with some of the more complex parts of my 11ty website. But whether people can do that to change careers, that's a different matter. Heck, maybe it is realistic now — although I'd suggest you still need to understand the fundamentals of e.g. web technology.
