Surely the answer is in The Algorithm.
If The Algorithm identifies something one likes, and amplifies it, can it not be taught that when something falls into the Harmful category, it should be de-amplified, or better still flagged, and reported to the local authorities, for where it originated.
Or am I being ridiculously simple?
