Tell me about it. We bought an Apple product that was supposed to be new and it arrived opened, worn out, dirty, just the worst you can imagine. It’s a few weeks before they receive the return and process it, and 30 days for us to get our money back. First and last time I buy an Apple product on Amazon. Lesson learned.
