Why the fuck would FEMA, under a Democrat administration, less than a month before the (s)election, do something like this? Why would they intentionally make themselves look bad when trying to win? Does it not seem more likely that it is just so fucking bad down there that nobody even knows where to start? Besides, there is no electricity in most areas. What the fuck good would Starlink do for anyone, when their houses are destroyed and the ones that aren't have no power? I read from well over 200 sources every single day. And the only mention of this shit is on social media, with exactly zero proof to back up the claims. Between the bullshit lithium mine land grab claims, and this, these doom peddling grifters are just using it as an opportunity to rile everyone up and get themselves clicks and likes. Just as they do anytime anything happens. There are real people suffering down there, and all most people wanna do is use this as an opportunity to turn it into a political pissing match.
